		<description>Ah, I misread.  &#039;Linux is to FreeBSD what Ruby is to Python&#039;.  ebnf and I were discussing this recently, there is considerable weight to that statement.  I&#039;ve noticed that Django seems woefully incomplete while Rails is pretty robust even if Python is arguably the superior language.  Much like VHS and Beta back in the day, the lesser of the two is adopted by default due to broader and longer support.With Linux and FreeBSD, I&#039;ve not really used FreeBSD (OS X Darwin doesn&#039;t really count) so I can&#039;t say much except that Linux has come a long way and is a pretty respectable system by now.  Although, especially from a security standpoint, this is because it borrows heavily from FreeBSD.  In any case it is a similar situation.</description>
